Challenge Flow Vinyasa Classes

I teach powerful & energetic vinyasa flow. We meet on the mat to fluidly move from one pose to the next synchronizing each movement to a breath aiming a moving meditation status by pausing the thoughts & focusing on the feelings.
The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor around which everything flows.
The sequence flows constantly from pose to pose through ‘vinyasas’ or a fragment of the sun salutation while incorporating interval and dynamic drills to challenge both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body in order to achieve strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session.
